Are you passionate about fostering accountability and promoting community engagement? The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) is seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to join our team as an Analyst, IPAM Outreach.

 

About Us

EBRD’s Independent Project Accountability Mechanism (IPAM) plays a crucial role in ensuring the social and environmental accountability of our projects. We are committed to promoting transparency, fairness, and accessibility in every aspect of our operations.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Chief Accountability Officer (CAO) to design and execute the annual outreach program.
  • Organize both virtual and in-person outreach events to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Develop compelling content for IPAM’s website, intranet, and social media platforms.
  • Identify and cultivate partnerships with civil society organizations to enhance community outreach efforts.
  • Monitor social media trends and report insights to the CAO.
  • Contribute to the production of annual reports and outreach materials.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
  • Experience in event management and digital communications.
  • Strong writing skills and ability to tailor content for different platforms.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages such as Russian or Arabic is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud).
  • Understanding of civil society organizations and international financial institutions
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Passion for independent accountability and social justice.
