We have the absolute pleasure of partnering with a truly unique marketing agency and are supporting them through a very exciting period of growth. They are looking for a motivated, passionate, self-driven individual who is keen to make their mark in a dynamic and fast-paced business!

They are based in the heart of Warwickshire, have an exceptional client portfolio within the IT and tech sector, have a long-term progression plan, training and development opportunities and a supportive and engaging culture. You’ll take the lead and contribute to the delivery of marketing services and projects for the company’s broad range of clients which means you have the opportunity to apply your knowledge, skills, and creativity to all aspects of the marketing mix. With content marketing playing such a huge role in our client’s strategies, and ability to write good content is an essential part of the job therefore, natural interest and skill in this area is a bonus.

In this exciting Marketing Executive role you’ll:

• Proactively manage marketing projects, timelines and budgets.
• Brainstorm ideas for new projects and campaigns.
• Have the chance to contribute to strategic marketing planning, shaping content strategy, target audience definition, and key personas.
• Be hands on with delivery of marketing campaigns across a range of channels.
• Track campaigns progress and use data to deliver improvements and solutions.
• Create a mix of written copy, for both online and offline use.
• Brainstorm ideas for new projects and campaigns.

Their perfect person will have:·

• Experience within a fast paced marketing role, delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• An creative but analytical mindset, comfortable with analysing information, reporting, and managing budgets and coming up with creative campaign ideas that deliver great results.
• And most importantly, keen to learn new things and continually develop and grow!
