Apprenticeship

As part of this opportunity you will also complete an apprenticeship in partnership with QA one of the leading specialists in apprenticeship delivery.
Learners benefit from a flexible and blended learning journey, helping them apply digital marketing principles and skills to a range of real-life scenarios – gaining valuable workplace skills faster.
Upon completion you will be awarded the Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer apprenticeship standard
Length of course – 18 months

THG Media is responsible for creating content that grows audiences and then monetizing these eyeballs and communities through advertisement. The brands within this division produce content across a number of verticals (News, Classifieds, Beauty, Fitness, Film & TV) and connects the right advertisers to a connected user base.

What you’ll be doing

Digital Marketing plays a vital role within the business, collaborating closely with Buying, Trading, Channel Marketing, and Design departments. This position is responsible for overseeing the implementation and project management of funded marketing campaigns, providing a comprehensive foundation in Retail/eCommerce. The ideal candidate exhibits a blend of creative and commercial skills, combined with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute the implementation of funded marketing campaigns.
  • Deliver marketing analytics and performance data for presentation during quarterly strategy meetings with brand partners.
  • Collaborate with art editorial to produce sales pitch materials such as mock-ups, tests, and prototypes, refining sales messaging for clients.
  • Display exceptional organisational skills, proactive, drive, and self-motivation. Managing end-to-end marketing delivery is a core expectation.
  • Demonstrate impeccable organisation, effective time management, and strong attention to detail to ensure successful project outcomes.

Apprenticeship Entry requirements

  • 3 GCSE’s (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 4+ (C or above)
  • Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or a higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject
  • Right to work in the UK with proof of residency for the last 3 years.
