UMassGlobal is a non-profit affiliate of the University of Massachusetts. Steeped in academic tradition, UMassGlobal provides quality education to primarily non-traditional students who demand the same high academic standards as a traditional university, but whose needs require greater flexibility and relevance in program delivery and learning assessment. 

The School of Extended Education is currently seeking qualified part-time Induction Coaches to work with up to 2 candidates enrolled in UMassGlobal’s Clear Administrative Services Credential program. (2-year commitment)

School of Extended Education

Requirements for the position are:

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in a relevant discipline from a regionally accredited institution
  • Active Administrative Clear Credential
  • 5 years of recent experience in an Administrative position
  • Coaching experience/Applicable References

Desired qualifications include skills and knowledge for:

  • Modeling instructional coaching
  • Collaborating on monitoring systems
  • Facilitating thinking around professional learning supports to staff

Location: Remote from any of the following states California

Extended Education Adjunct Compensation Policy

Compensation for this position is $50.00 per hour. Non-instructional time may be paid at a different rate, please see our full compensation policy link above for further information.
