The Associate Director of Outreach will provide additional support to the day-to-day operations of all ERO Center outreach grants due to their significant time and attention needs. This provides a subject matter expert to further support advocacy, strategic planning and initiatives, as well as policy reinforcement with assistance from the Business Manager. The Associate Director will provide a layer of support for navigating University policy related to grant management, fiscal responsibility, etc.

PI/Project Director of TRiO Program

The TRiO Program is designed to help low-income, potential first-generation college students to graduate from high school and to enroll in a postsecondary institution of their choice that aligns well with their educational and professional goals. The PI/Project Director is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the program, including but not limited to: grant management, budget management, proposal development, hiring, training, and supervising part-time employees and temporary employees; program interaction at eight area public high schools with school counselors, principals, staff, and students; conducting an intensive six-week summer residential program; caseload management, including counseling, evaluating, planning, and documenting; teaching and leading workshops; and project public relations on campus and in the community.
