Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a passionate Nurse Practitioner to embark on a challenging, yet rewarding journey in Residential Aged Care. Working collaboratively with our current Nurse Practitioner, you will assume a pivotal role in the delivery of clinical care to residents.
In this position, your responsibilities will encompass the diagnosis and treatment of a diverse array of acute and chronic conditions. As a seasoned professional, your leadership acumen will be showcased as you oversee the clinical services team, ensuring an unwavering commitment to excellence in resident care.

- Utilise your clinical expertise to diagnose and treat residents for a variety of acute and chronic conditions.
- Lead a team of clinical staff by setting direction, providing effective supervision, and fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, General Practitioners, and other healthcare providers.

What you bring:
- Bachelor of Nursing and postgraduate qualifications as a Nurse Practitioner
- Registration as a Nurse Practitioner with the AHPRA
- Demonstrated experience or recent professional development in residential care
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
