About the Role

The Corporate Support Officer (CSO) is an administrative ‘all-rounder’ providing outstanding corporate support across the organisation. This position provides administrative support primarily to the Finance and HR departments to ensure the smooth running of the internal operations of the corporate team. This is a full-time permanent position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate mandatory training for RLHB employees including logistics of face-to-face training.
  • Coordinate the digitalisation of learning and training content within our Learning Management System (AMSED).
  • Onboard and offboard employees in AMSED and assist in general onboarding and offboarding duties.
  • Generate and analyse reports on training compliance, user progress and course completion and follow up with staff and management when necessary.
  • Maintain the records of qualifications and certifications for all employees.
  • Assist in payroll processing including payroll reporting and superannuation payments.
  • Accounts payable duties including processing incoming invoices against purchase orders and managing the finance inbox.
  • Manage supplier relations including processing new credit applications, organizing supplier documentation and handling bank detail changes.
  • Provide other high-level administrative services to the corporate team as required.
  • Assist in management of our document database (Teams and SharePoint).

Key Selection Criteria

Essential:

  • Demonstrated experience in Australian payroll.
  • Demonstrated experience in an End-to-End Accounts Payable role.
  • Strong, proven understanding of awards, employment contracts and HR life cycle processes and policies.
  • Experience in training coordination.
  • High level of proficiency and expertise utilizing Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant programs.
  • Strong computer literacy and knowledge of systems.
  • Valued team player with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Ability to use own initiative.
  • Willing to travel to all parts of the Red Lily Health jurisdiction (including flights in light aircraft).
  • A satisfactory Police check and a current Working with Children’s Card is mandatory for this position.

Desirable skills:

  • Experience using Employment Hero Payroll and HR systems.
  • Experience using MYOB.
  • Experience in the Indigenous health sector.
  • Work experience in the community-controlled sector.
  • Formal qualifications in a business field.
