UNDP-ZWE-00682: PROVISION OF CLEANING SERVICES TO THE UNITED NATIONS AGENCIES IN ARUNDEL,HARARE
UNDP hereby invites eligible and qualified entities to submit bids for the provision of cleaning and sanitary services on long-term agreement (LTA) basis to the United Nations Agencies in Arundel ,Harare in accordance with the the General Conditions of Contract and Schedule of Requirements as set out in the Invitation to Bid.
Bidders are encouraged to attend the Pre-Bid Conference that will be held virtually/online on the date and time indicated in Section 3 of the ITB (Bid Data Sheet). The link to the meeting is also provided therein.
Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system. This will enable the system to send notifications in case of amendments of the tender requirements. Should you require further clarifications, kindly communicate using the messaging functionality in the system.
