The post holder is part of a team responsible for managing formative and summative assessments and feedback across the MBBS programme, including mapping assessments to the MBBS Curriculum Map Intended Learning Outcomes aligned with the General Medical Council’s Outcomes for Graduates.  They will ensure that results are managed and reported in line with UCL’s requirements.

The post holder will provide administrative support to Academic leads and manage the coordination, delivery and processing of results for summative and formative assessments. They will support the development and quality assurance of assessment processes and delivery; and use bespoke assessment software and databases to manage online assessments.

They will line manage an assessment administrator.

Appointment details:

  • The post is graded at Grade 7, the annual salary for which ranges from (£42,099 – £50,585 including the London Allowance)
  • The appointment is available now and is a permanent position.

We are looking for an experienced education administrator with a service orientated outlook who is able to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders. The successful candidate will have experience of curriculum organisation, have an analytical mind and is able to learn and use new systems. They will be able to work independently and will be skilled in coordinating and prioritising their own work and that of their team to ensure that deadlines are met.
