Sales Setter

Overview

This position would start as a part-time role with the intent of making it a full-time position over the course of the next 6 months.

We are looking for a KICKASS Sales Setter to help us grow The Vegan Gym brand and our online 1-on-1 coaching program, the Vegan Superhero Academy. If you haven’t heard of it, the Vegan Superhero Academy (VSA) is the most trusted vegan fitness coaching program in the world.

Job Description:

As a Sales Setter, you are often the first person from our team with whom potential clients speak. Your role is to help identify and guide qualified prospects into our Vegan Superhero Academy coaching program through our sales process.

As a Sales Setter, you will chat via instant message (using Facebook, Instagram, email, and other platforms) with vegans (and vegan-curious people) to discuss their plant-based health and fitness goals. If we can help them accomplish their vegan health and fitness goals, and they are interested in 1-on-1 coaching, then you will help them book a call with our Sales Team.

To qualify for this position, you MUST:

• Be vegan
• Be 100% aligned with our team’s Core Values
• Be analytical and data driven
• Be able to type 50+ words per minute
• Thrive in a competitive environment
• Be an excellent communicator with stellar English grammar
• Have an understanding of sales principles, techniques, and strategies
• Have access to high-speed internet and a quiet, distraction-free environment during all working hours
• Be knowledgeable in sales tools (like CRM’s) and technologies, possess the ability to identify and capitalize on lead opportunities, and have strong written negotiation and communication skills.
• Have effective time management and organizational skills, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks effectively, meet deadlines, and maintain a structured and efficient workflow.
• Part-time hours would be approximately 20 hours a week. Full-time hours would be 40-50 hours per week.
• You will need to work over the weekend. You would have two days off during the week days.
• Have a HUGE passion for helping people transform their lives – this is not a “9-5 job,” this is something you need to commit to fully;

Compensation:

This is a SALARY + BONUS role with unlimited earning potential. For your part-time position, you will be paid an hourly wage of $20.00 with performance bonuses. Once you transition to a full-time role, you will receive a base salary of $45,000 with quarterly bonuses based on performance.

Again, this position would start as a part-time role with the intent of making it a full-time position over the course of the next 6 months.
