Digital Marketing Director / Product Management – EUR
Overview:
Marketing Services (MS) Product is part of the Data & Services business unit in Mastercard.
We provide scalable, productized marketing solutions to our customers supporting them in acquiring new clients and increasing the engagement with existing ones by leveraging a unique blend of global marketing expertise, data, analytics and technology, network of preferred partners and Mastercard brand assets. The MS Product team is designing solutions to provide end to end marketing services: segmentation, media strategy, campaign design, content development, campaign execution, measurement, and constant optimization. We are also a strategic force multiplier, helping accelerate adoption of new Mastercard products and services, while driving incremental growth in our core business
Role
This position will be responsible for managing existing and support the development and deployment of new, scalable Marketing Services solutions to Mastercard customers in the European region. The solutions will be targeted to help grow and improve important business KPIs of clients like acquisition or card spend optimization. This means creating frameworks that will provide a seamless and effective approach to each necessity of the lifecycle management as well as aligning with Global Product Development Teams on regional needs and go-to-markets strategies. Additionally, this position will also be the key support in the markets for our Business Development and Client Services (implementation) teams, be a solution ambassador and providing thought leadership. This professional will be always looking for improving our solutions with new technologies, better usage of data, best partners selection, and results measurement.
These Marketing Services solutions will be the library for Business Development and Client Services Teams, be offered to our customers and should bring the best possible results and scale the business across the region.
Among the responsibilities are the following examples:
- Apply Digital Marketing expertise in the proposed solutions
- Review, analyze and present clear and strategic recommendations to deliver result-driven marketing solutions
- Constant tracking of business and market trends to be able to design and deliver the best solutions
- P&L management – tracking and acting over the business important KPIs, such as Revenue, Margin and Expenses
- Full alignment and strong partnership with Business Development and Client Services to guarantee best results
- Business Development and Client Services support
- Contribute to closing sales opportunities identified by the Business Development team, for example by presenting at client meetings and providing input to proposals
- Client facing whenever necessary
- Be MS eyes and voice in the market, both for internal stakeholders and customers
- Extract from the markets the necessities and inspiration that will drive the Products design
- Be the bridge between Global and Region to tropicalize solutions when it makes sense and to export knowledge to other regions
- Influence all relevant stakeholders to get necessary support and partnerships to the business development
