Pertemps are working with a reputable organisation based near Crawley who are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their growing and ambitious team. What’s in it for you?

The Role:
- Processing of quotations, orders, and sales in effective manner.
- Handling customer queries & complaints, investigating issues and resolving within a timely manner.
- Maintaining customer records on the inhouse CRM.
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth customer experience for the customer.
- Effectively managing a customer base and accurately report progress through the CRM system.
- Working closely with the operations and product team to provide partners with a seamless operational service.
The Person:
- Ideally previous experience in a similar, office-based role
- Strong IT skills including MS Packages Word & Excel
- Confident communicator, both written & verbal
- Strong planning / organisational skills with ability to multitask and manage a busy workload
