Saltbush Social Enterprises is a not-for-profit organisation leading the way in providing responsive and outcome focused services particularly to disadvantaged and at-risk Indigenous people and their families.
Through our Supported Bail Accommodation program, our overarching objective is to provide secure and supportive 24/7 accommodation services in Darwin as an alternative to remanding a young person in custody.
We have an exciting role for a dynamic and exceptional leader who is committed to providing support and opportunities for at-risk young people.
You will be passionate, energetic and have demonstrated leadership and management skills and experience, focused on providing our young people with the chance to improve their wellbeing, living skills, education and employability prospects.
This is the ideal position for an efficient, organised and innovative manager who has an understanding of trauma informed care and strengths-based practices that promote physical, psychological, and emotional safety and create amazing opportunities for youth.

You must be an NT resident to be considered for this position.
Other essential requirements for this position:
- National Police Clearance
- NT Working with Children (OCHRE) Card
- NT Driver’s License
- Current First Aid
The salary is dependent on the skills and experience of an individual specific to the role and location of employment with Saltbush.
