We’re looking for a new Project Manager to work within our Retrofit Team
portfolio, developing and delivering innovative new projects that take a community and citizen-led
approach to the clean energy transition and tackling climate change.
You will be part of an interdisciplinary team with an array of dedicated and skilled
colleagues, subject matter experts and other project managers. You don’t need previous
experience within the low carbon, construction or retrofit sectors, just to demonstrate a
commitment to our core values and previous work in a Project Management role.
We expect Project Managers to oversee two to three projects at a time, of varying timescales
and complexities. Working in the innovation space means there will always be a variety of
fascinating new challenges and opportunities to tackle but you will be working within an
organisation set up to develop and support just these kinds of projects.
Typical projects you could be Project Managing include: the development of new energy and
retrofit products and services, the creation of new climate policy approaches, the delivery of
on the ground research and engagement and the oversight and delivery of new retrofit
construction projects. The mix of projects you work on will be dictated by your experience and
capacity and at all times you will work under the supervision of our portfolio manager,
Retrofit Team Lead Jonathan Atkinson.
