Preferred Education/Experience
  • Skillful, careful, thorough, and fast at trimming and edging with a string trimmer, preferred
  • Know how to pull and back trailers. Park correctly and legally, preferred
  • Have worked for a lawn mowing and landscape company before that is verifiable, preferred
Hours per Week 20-40/week
Job Summary You must be a current UK student to apply to this position. This position is located off-campus with a local Lexington employer and is not affiliated with UK.
Mowing with zero turn, hydro walk behind (with a sulky) and push mowers, string trimming, landscape maintenance, weeding, mulching, hedge and bush trimming, spring cleanup, leaf removal, snow removal, junk hauling, odd jobs, pressure washing, pulling and backing trailers, invoicing and keeping accounts up to date, marketing and advertising, and employee recruitment.
Must have had your covid-19 immunizations and proof of them.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

  • A driver’s license with a good driving record no DUIs, tickets, or accidents in the last 3 years.
