Position Focus:

The product manager is responsible for defining the product vision and strategy in alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs. They are tasked with developing product roadmaps in collaboration with the scrum lead and technical project manager, prioritizing features, and overseeing the work of a business analyst who writes detailed product specifications. This role also involves collaborating with internal and external teams, working closely with internal constituents, and other technical roles to ensure timely product delivery, and continuously evaluating product performance to implement improvements as needed.

Essential Duties

1. Define product vision and strategy in alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs.2. Develop product roadmaps and prioritize features based on user needs and strategic goals.3. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create detailed product specifications.4. Work closely with internal constituents to ensure timely product delivery.5. Continuously evaluate product performance and implement improvements as needed.

Required Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or a related field and four years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Required Skill/Ability 1:

Proven demonstrated ability in product management principles, preferably in a software development setting.

Required Skill/Ability 2:

Strong understanding of software development processes and technologies.

Required Skill/Ability 3:

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Required Skill/Ability 4:

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
