PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The goal of the DREI project is to promote private sector investment in renewable energy sources (RES) in Kazakhstan to achieve Kazakhstan’s renewable energy targets for 2030 and 2050. The DREI project targets both large scale and small-scale renewable energy generation. The goal of the project is to achieve the transformation of the energy market in Kazakhstan by expanding the use of renewable energy sources in the electric power industry from the share of renewable energy sources of 0.77% to 10% by 2030, i.e., increase the production of renewable energy by about 10 times. 

Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.

Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal. UNDP will respond in writing including an explanation of the query without identifying the source of inquiry.

Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system. This will enable the system to send notifications in case of amendments of the tender requirements. ОПИСАНИЕ ПРОЕКТА

Целью проекта DREI является содействие инвестициям частного сектора в возобновляемые источники энергии (ВИЭ) в Казахстане для достижения казахстанских целевых показателей в области возобновляемых источников энергии на 2030 и 2050 годы. Проект DREI нацелен как на крупномасштабную, так и на маломасштабную генерацию возобновляемой энергии. Целью проекта является достижение трансформации энергетического рынка Казахстана путем расширения использования возобновляемых источников энергии в электроэнергетики с доли возобновляемых источников энергии 0,77% до 10% к 2030 году, т.е. примерно в 10 раз увеличить производство возобновляемой энергии.

Предложение должно быть подано непосредственно на портале не позднее указанного срока.

Любой запрос на разъяснение должен быть отправлен в письменной форме с помощью функции обмена сообщениями на портале. ПРООН ответит в письменной форме, включая объяснение запроса без указания источника запроса.
