1. ملخص عن الوظيفة: تنظيم وقيادة المستفيدين المسجلين في دورات MHPSS  بما يلبي احتياجهم وتدريبهم تدريبات محددة مسبقا لمساعدتهم على ايجاد طرقهم الخاصة في التكييف مع الواقع وتجاوز الصدمات والازمات الماضية وتعزيز رفاههم النفسي والاجتماعي  بما يقوي قدرتهم ومرونتهم النفسية في مواجهة الازمات المستقبلية بقدرة اكبر على ادارتها بالاعتماد على ما تعلموه سابقا

المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• أ‌- ادارية.

• العمل بتناغم مع الخبير ومدير المشروع بروح الفريق الواحد.

• حفظ التقارير واوراق الحضور والصور والبيانات بما يحفظ سرية المعلومات.

• تقديم المقترحات التطويرية والدروس المستقاة الى الخبير ومدير المشروع للاستفادة منها في تطوير العمل في اخوية المحبة.

• حضور تدريبات و الاجتماعات المشروع.

• كتابة التقارير اليومية وتقارير الدورات ومجموعات الدعم والقصص …الخ وفق الفورما الخاصة وارسالها الى الخبير في الوقت المطلوب .

ب- ميدانية

• زيارات ميدانية للمستفيدين لغرض ( الاستطلاع أو للتسجيل أو المتابعة اولبناء العلاقات)

ج- تدريبية تطويرية

• تنفيذ مجموعة أنشطة الدعم النفسي الاجتماعي المنظمة والأنشطة الخاصة بالرجال والنساء والأطفال والمراهقين وفقا لخطة الأنشطة المحددة للبرنامج وجميع الاجراءات المتبعة .

• مراعاة تنفيذ جميع انشطة الدعم النفسي والاجتماعي وفقاً لمعايير ( (Safeguarding حماية وحفظ سلامة الطفل والشخص البالغ الضعيف بتوفير بيئة صحية وآمنة.

• الاهتمام ببناء علاقات سليمة مع المستفيدين الكبار والاطفال تعكس رسالة اخوية المحبة بخدمة الاضعف بغض النظر عن الدين واللون والمعتقد بكل محبة واحترام لكرامة الانسان .

• المشاركة في الدورات التطويرية التي تنظمها اخوية المحبة

• او التي تدعى لها وكما يتم التوجيه بهذا الخصوص .

Position Title: Psychological and Social Care Provider for MHPSS Activities

Working type: Full-Time

Work Location: Duhok Center and Domiz Center

Reporting to: The Expert Technically and The Project Manager Administratively.

Responsible on: N/A

 

Job Summary:

Organizing the involvement of adult and child beneficiaries registered in MHPSS courses to meet their needs and provide them with pre-defined training to help them find their own ways to adapt to reality, overcome past traumas and crises, and enhance their mental and social well-being to strengthen their ability and psychological resilience to face future crises with better management, without succumbing to their weight by relying on what they have learned before.

Responsibilities:

1. Administrative:

• Collaborate harmoniously with the expert and project manager in a team spirit.
• Maintain reports, attendance sheets, photographs, and data while ensuring confidentiality.
• Provide developmental suggestions and lessons learned to the expert and project manager for use in improving the work of Al-Mahaba Brotherhood.
• Attend project training and meetings.
• Write and submit daily reports, course reports, support group reports, and stories as per the required format and within the specified time frame.

2. Field:

Conduct field visits to beneficiaries for purposes such as surveying, registration, follow-up, or relationship building.

 

3. Training and Development:

• Implement a range of organized psychological and social support activities for men, women, children, and adolescents according to the program’s activity plan and all related procedures.
• Ensure all psychological and social support activities comply with Safeguarding standards, providing a healthy and safe environment.
• Build positive relationships with beneficiaries, both adults and children, reflecting Al-Mahaba Brotherhood message of serving the vulnerable regardless of religion, color, or belief, with respect for human dignity.
• Participate in development courses organized by Al-Mahaba Brotherhood or as directed.

4. Other activities:

• Engage in any additional activities that may be introduced later.

 

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

• خريج البكالوريوس أو مايعادلها و يفضل في الارشاد النفسي او علم النفس او العلوم التربوية والنفسية.

 

الخبرة والمهارات الشخصية:

• يفضل خبرة في العمل الانساني الحكومي او غير الحكومي.

• استخدام الحاسوب والبرامج الاساسية ذات العلاقة بمايكروسوفت اوفس .

• منهجية اساليب التعليم.

• مطلوب اللغة العربية تحدثا وكتابة. مطلوب اللغة الكردية ، كما تعد إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية ميزة إضافية.

**ملاحظات هامة**

–  يتم اختيار الموظفين بعد اكمال دورة  خاصة ببرنامج اخوية المحبة لمدة اربعة ايام ، وهناك عدد من المعايير يتم الاختيار على ضوئها وتحدد بعد التدريب ومن ثمن تتم دعوة المرشحين لاجراء مقابلة، ولايشترط ان يتم قبول كل من حضر او اكمل الدورة سيتم اختياره.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in psychological counseling, psychology, or educational and psychological sciences.

Personal Skills and experience:

• Experience in humanitarian work, either governmental or non-governmental, is preferred.
• Proficiency in computer use and basic software, particularly Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of educational methodologies.
• Proficiency in Arabic (spoken and written) is required; Kurdish is also required, and proficiency in English is considered an additional advantage.

 

**Important Notes**

• Employees will be selected after completing a training specialized for Al-Mahabbah Brotherhood program for four days. Selection criteria will be determined after the training, and shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview. Not all who attend or complete the course will necessarily be chosen.
