ملخص عن الوظيفة: سيعمل المنسق المجتمعي، (بتوجيه من مسؤول المشروع وإشرافه) بشكل وثيق مع موظفي المشروع والشركاء المحليين وأصحاب المصلحة في المجتمع ليكون بمثابة دعم على الأرض لأنشطة التماسك الاجتماعي في المجتمعات في سهول نينوى. سيعمل المنسق المجتمعي بشكل مباشر مع المشاركين في المشروع من (الشباب والقادة الدينيين والمجتمعيين) وينسق بين أصحاب المصلحة المحليين الآخرين لضمان التنفيذ المؤثر للمشروع. ستضمن مهارات المنسق المجتمعي في التعامل مع الآخرين في المجتمع والنهج الموجه في تطبيق المشروع باستمرار بأفضل الطرق ويعمل على تحسين تأثير فوائده على أولئك الذين تخدمهم اخوية المحبة . هذا العمل هو بدوام جزئي ويُفضل أن يكون المتقدمون من برطلة وبعشيقة وأن يكونوا قادرين على السفر إلى مكتب منظمة اخوية المحبة (كاريتاس العراق ) في قره قوش غالبًا خلال مدة الشهر.

Job Title: Community Mobilizer (CM)
Working Type: part time
Work Location: Bartella – Bashiqa
Reports to: Social Cohesion Project Officer

Job Summary: Under guidance and supervision of the Project Officer, the Community Mobilizer (CM) will work closely with project staff, local partners, and community stakeholders to serve as the on-the-ground support for social cohesion activities in communities in the Ninewa Plains. The CM will work directly with project participants (youth and religious and community leaders) and coordinate among other local stakeholders to ensure strong implementation of the project. The CM’s community interpersonal skills and service-oriented approach will ensure that the project consistently applies best practices and works towards improving the impact of its benefits to those AL-MAHABA BROTHERHOOD Humanitarian Organization Caritas serves. This is a part time position.  It is preferred that the applicants are from Bartella and Bashiqa and be able to travel to the Caritas office in Qaraqosh during the month.

• دعم أنشطة البرنامج على المستوى الميداني ، بما في ذلك: تطويع المشاركين والتحقق منهم، تنسيق اللوجيستيات للأنشطة (التدريبات وورش العمل) المنفذة في مواقع المشروع، تسهيل و/أو المساعدة في تيسير جلسات ورشة العمل ؛ تدريب وتوجيه الشباب المشاركين، دعم تنفيذ مشاريع الربط التي يقودها المجتمع المحلي، مراقبة التوزيعات النقدية والقسائم والمواد العينية، وإجراء مراقبة ما بعد التوزيع مما يساهم في جودة تنفيذ المشروع.

• المساهمة في مساءلة المستفيدين في المشروع من خلال تعزيز آليات التغذية الراجعة ومراقبتها ، والمساعدة في الرد على التعليقات او التغذية الراجعة، وتحديد ومساعدة تنسيق الفرص لتشمل مُدخلات المستفيدين خلال دورة حياة المشروع.

• دعم مراقبة أنشطة المشروع على المستوى الميداني.

• دعم جهود تعبئة او تنسيق المجتمع من خلال التواصل وتبادل المعلومات مع المشاركين في المشروع وغير المشاركين على مستوى المجتمع.

• الحضور والمشاركة الفعالة في الدورات التدريبية وفرص بناء القدرات وفعاليات التعلم.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

• شهادة الثانوية العامة مطلوبة. يفضل الحصول على درجة جامعية.

الخبرة والمهارات الشخصية:

      الخبرة

• عمل أو خبرة تطوعية في دعم تنمية المجتمع وحشده. ستعطى الأفضلية للمرشحين الذين لديهم خبرة أو تدريب في التماسك الاجتماعي.

• اللغة العربية الجيدة مطلوبة تحدثا وكتابة. المعرفة الأساسية باللغة الإنجليزية أمر مرغوب فيه. معرفة باللهجة الارامية والشبكية والتركمانية والكردية أو اللهجات المحلية الأخرى ميزة إضافية.

المهارات الشخصية

• مهارات الملاحظة والاستماع النشط .

• مهارات جيدة في التعامل مع الآخرين والقدرة على التفاعل الفعال مع مجموعات متنوعة.

• استباقي وموجه نحو النتائج و الخدمة.

ملاحظات إضافية:

• السفر مطلوب: يقع مقر الوظيفة في قره قوش مع 50% للسفر الى مناطق المشروع (برطلة وبعشيقة). قد تكون هناك ، من حين لآخر، الحاجة الى السفر إلى دهوك وأو أربيل.

• ستعطى الأفضلية للمرشحين الذين يعيشون في المجتمع المحلي الذي تتم خدمته (برطلة وبعشيقة).

• عدد المناصب (2): منسق مجتمعي واحد لبرطلة و منسق مجتمعي واحد لبعشيقة.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support programming activities at the field level, including: recruiting and verifying participants; coordinating logistics for activities (trainings and workshops) implemented in project sites; facilitating and/or assist in the facilitation of workshop sessions; coaching and mentoring of youth participants; supporting the implementation of community-led connector projects; monitoring cash, voucher, and in-kind distributions; and conducting post-distribution monitoring all contributing to quality project implementation.
• Contribute to beneficiary accountability in the project by promoting and monitoring feedback mechanisms, helping to respond to feedback, and identifying and helping to coordinate opportunities to include beneficiary input across the project life cycle.
• Support the monitoring of project activities at the field level.
• Support community mobilization efforts through communication and information sharing with project participants and non-participants at the community level. 
• Attend and actively participate in trainings, capacity building opportunities, and learning events 

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required. University degree is preferred.

Experience and Personal Skills:

Experience

• Some work or volunteer experience in supporting community development and mobilization. Preference will be given to candidates with social cohesion experience or training.
• Strong spoken and written Arabic is required. Basic knowledge of English is desirable. Knowledge of Aramaic, Shabaki, Turkmen, Kurdish or another local dialect is a plus.

• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups.
• Proactive, results-oriented and service-oriented.

Additional Notes:

• Travel Required: the position is based in Qaraqosh with 50% travel to project location in (Bartella & Bashiqa). Occasional travel to Duhok and/or Erbil may be required.
• Preference will be given to candidates who live in the local community being served (Bartella & Bashiqa).
