UNDP Vietnam is seeking for 01 International Consultant to provide Research Support to UNDP in the areas of youth empowerment and just energy transition
UNDP works extensively on youth economic empowerment across Asia and the Pacific through different regional and national level initiatives. These initiatives are underpinned by the principles of gender equality and leaving no one behind. With a key focus on youth led social innovation and entrepreneurship, young people are informed and empowered to become job creators rather than job seekers.
Furthermore, UNDP Viet Nam and UNDP Regional Bureau for Asia in the Pacific (RBAP) will conduct trainings on “Making just transition a reality for business” to enhance senior-level provincial policymakers’ capacity to support MSMEs in promoting sustainable practices, green value chains, and green businesses.
UNDP is looking for an International Consultant to provide research support to youth-related studies and programme activities. The consultant, in close cooperation with three UNDP Programme Units (Inclusive Growth, Governance and Participation, Climate Change and Environment), will support programmes related to youth empowerment across the country office and provide technical support in designing and conducting the training to provincial policy makers in the green transition.
