Introduction
UNDP Vietnam is looking for 02 qualified firm/institute/organization for 02 Long-term Agreements on the provision of high speed 1:1 Internet Connectivity at Green One UN House in Ha Noi, Viet Nam
The Green One UN House at 304, Kim Ma, Ba Dinh, Ha Noi Vietnam is currently hosting 16 UN Entities. To cater to the needs of the UN Entities there is a need to provide for high speed 1:1 Internet connectivity. Minimum bandwidth required is 300 Mbps and will be scalable without any change in the last mile infrastructure to 350, 400, 450, 500, 550, 600, 650, 700, 750, 800, 850, 900, 950, 1000, 1050 and 1100 Mbps.
Scope of work:
a) Suppliers will provide fiber optic based leased line connectivity between their point of presence and the Green One UN House
b) Supplier will provide backup connectivity with separate route through fiber optic with automatic switch over to backup link whenever the primary link fails. The primary Internet link will be to GOUNH DATA center.
c) The main and backup internet lines must be installed in tele-network with different directions from ISP POP to GOUNH building at 304 Kim Ma Street
d) Suppliers will provide equipment for connections such as routers, converters, switches, etc.
e) Minimum bandwidth required is 300 Mbps. Suppliers will provide quotes for 300, 350, 400, 450, 500, 550, 600, 650, 700, 750, 800, 850, 900, 950, 1000, 1050 and 1100 Mbps. Suppliers also provide quotes for 64, 96 and 128 public IPs. It is up to UNDP to select the bandwidth and number of public IPs to sign the contract based on its need and budget and scale it up or down later when required.
Two contracts will be signed with the 1st and 2nd ranked bidders with minimum of one (1) year period and may be extended up to a maximum of three (3) years subject to UNDP’s demand, satisfactory performance evaluation and competitive service fee.

A pre-proposal conference followed by a site visit will be held at 10.00 am, Tuesday, 16 June 2026. Participation by Bidders in this pre-proposal conference is strongly recommended.
