Activities and responsibilities
- Investigation of the mechanisms of immune suppression by CLL cells
- Planning, conduction and analysis of in vivo and in vitro experiments
- In vivo immunization and infection assays
- Flow cytometric analyses
- Bulk and single cell transcriptomic analyses
- Multiplex immunofluorescence imaging
- Supervision of undergraduate students, presentation of scientific results
Qualification profile
- Completed Diploma or master degree in natural sciences
- Ability to work in teams
- Fluent in English, ideally basic command of the German language
- Self-motivated, creative and proactive
- Experience in standard laboratory techniques (immunoblotting, flow cytometry, PCR)
- Experience with in vivo research is a plus
- Experience with R and/or python is a plus
- Experience with spatial transcriptomics or multidimensional imaging data is a plus
