The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit your Proposal to the Request for Proposal UNDP-UKR-00632: Provision of professional psychologist services for prosecutor’s offices – Long Term Agreement.

The Pre-Bidding Conference with interested bidders will be held on March 07, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. (Kyiv time) via Teams.

– Bidders must send their inquiries and requests for clarifications related to Terms of Reference / Specification / Other bidding documents using the messaging functionality in the portal.

– Documents should submitted in Ukrainian or English. In case of submission in Ukrainian language, bidders may be requested for provision of English translation of separate parts of the bid or bid as a whole.

ATTENTION: Bids shall be submitted only through Quantum Portal. Proposals shall not be submitted to any email addresses. Otherwise, such bids shall be disqualified.
