Main objectives of the assignment:
General objective is to provide qualified and professional technical assistance to UNDP in ensuring the successful implementation of the Contract.
The specific objectives of the consultancy are:
- Provide the on-site construction, installation and commissioning works supervision according to applicable Ukrainian legislation in compliance with the conditions of the Contract;
- Supervise and monitor the daily activities including the Health, Safety and Environmental performance from the Construction Company.
- Ensure project management, quality assurance, commissioning and taking over in straight compliance with the Contract and relevant legislation.
- Provide technical and financial reporting to the UNDP Project Implementation Team.

CLARIFICATIONS:
Any request for clarification regarding the assignment must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the Quantum portal or to email procurement.ua@undp.org (please indicate in subject of email the reference number of Quantum negotiation and title of assignment). UNDP will respond in writing including an explanation of the query without identifying the source of inquiry. Requests for clarification from bidders will not be accepted any later than 3 (three) days before the submission deadline.
