We are seeking a talented 1st & 2nd Line Support Analyst to join our IT department, based at our Head Office in Milton Keynes. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for technology. As an 1st & 2nd Line Support Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting internal users with 1st and 2nd line problems, in addition to maintaining and supporting existing IT systems and procedures including modifications and additions as required.Key Responsibilities:
