Study Abroad Services Student Assistant

• Work with SAS Enrollment Specialist to ensure efficient and accurate processing of large-scale student records and grades
• Upload and file study abroad transcripts into database and deliver them to the Office of the University Registrar
• Conduct and manage the student testimonial surveys conducted each semester
• Update program webpages, contact information, training materials and other forms as needed
• Conduct general information sessions with classes and other groups as needed
• Manage the Study Abroad Services front desk, which includes the following duties: greeting visitors, answering general study abroad questions, signing in students for their appointments, answering phone calls, emails, and live chats (as needed)
• Misc. duties as assigned

$15.00/hour

High School Diploma

Previous Study Abroad Experience. 

• Current University of Florida student
• Customer service experience
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Commitment to professionalism, patience, and flexibility
