Dear Bidder,

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit your Proposal to the Request for Proposal (RFP) UNDP-UKR-00864: Development of the Integrated Information Protection System in the Information and Communication System “Management Geoinformation System of the Digital Platform of the Kremenchuk Territorial Community”.

Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system. This will enable the system to send notifications in case of amendments of the tender requirements. Should you require further clarifications, kindly communicate using the messaging functionality in the system. Offers must be submitted directly in the system following this link: http://supplier.quantum.partneragencies.org using the profile you may have in the portal. The Pre-Bidding Conference with interested bidders will be held on July 22, 2024, at 15:00 (Kyiv time) via Microsoft Teams.

ATTENTION: Proposals shall be submitted only through Quantum Portal. Proposals shall not be submitted to any email addresses. Otherwise, such proposals shall be disqualified.
