Dear Bidder,

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit your Proposal to the Request for Proposal (RFP) UNDP-UKR-00594: To raise awareness of local communities about the possibilities to monitor allocation of local, regional, national-level, and international assistance funds for the reconstruction and recovery projects according to the build-back-better principle.

Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system. This will enable the system to send notifications in case of amendments of the tender requirements. Should you require further clarifications, kindly communicate using the messaging functionality in the system. ATTENTION: Quotations shall be submitted only through Quantum Portal. Quotations shall not be submitted to any email addresses. Otherwise, such offers shall be disqualified.
