Dear Bidder,

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit your Proposal to the Request for Proposal (RFP) UNDP-UKR-00808: Assessment of Civil Society Organisations (CSO) capacity and needs in target communities of Chernihiv, Chernivtsi, Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv, Kherson, Mykolaiv, Poltava, Sumy, Zakarpattia and Zaporizhzhia oblasts

Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system. This will enable the system to send notifications in case of amendments of the tender requirements. Should you require further clarifications, kindly communicate using the messaging functionality in the system. The Pre-Bidding Conference with interested bidders will be held on June 20, 2024, at 14:30 (Kyiv time) via Microsoft Teams.

ATTENTION: Proposals shall be submitted only through Quantum Portal. Proposals shall not be submitted to any email addresses. Otherwise, such proposals shall be disqualified.
