We are seeking an experienced Team Administrator – Counselling to join our award-winning Student Wellbeing Service. You will have excellent organisation skills, be self-motivated and be able to work on your own initiative in order to provide an efficient and proactive administrative support for a dynamic multidisciplinary team.  

As a key member of a small administration team, you will work with colleagues to support the department by developing and maintaining effective administrative and communication procedures. We are keen to hear from candidates who have demonstrable experience of working in the Higher Education/ Further Education or Healthcare setting.  You will possess excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, as you will be providing a help desk and reception service for students, as well as responding to enquiries from a range of external professional and specialist organisations.

The successful candidate will also possess strong IT and numeracy skills, an eye for detail and the ability to multi-task in a busy student centre environment.
