Description of the Assignment: National Consultant to conduct legislative analysis and develop recommendations for integrating IMAS 13.10 into the Ukrainian national legislation and policies

!PLEASE NOTE: the currency of the proposal is UAH. Furthermore, UNDP will enter into a contract with the selected national consultant in UAH.

Main objectives of the assignment: to conduct legislative analysis and develop recommendations for integrating IMAS 13.10 into the Ukrainian national legislation and policies.

Scope of work:

It is expected that in terms of implementation of this assignment, the Consultant/Expert (Individual Contractor) will carry out the following activities:

Conduct a comprehensive review and analysis of the national legislation regulating EO victim assistance;
Develop recommendations for the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine for legislative improvements to update the Ukrainian legislation in accordance with IMAS 13.10.

HOW TO SUBMIT A BID/PROPOSAL:
