Introduction

The specific objective of this assignment is to provide inputs for the First Biennial Transparency Report (BTR1) as listed in section Deliverables. 

Achieving the goal of this engagement will be conducted through the following range of activities:

• Task 1. Development of the methodology and dynamic plan for development of the First Biennial Transparency Report of Bosnia and Herzegovina under the UNFCCC (BTR1).
• Task 2. Provision of inputs for BTR1
• Task 3. Provide final input for the BTR1.
