The main goal under this Call for Proposals is to strengthening capacity of VC actors of Khatlon Region and explore their export potential.
The objectives include:
- Strengthening production capacity of agro-processor from to explore their production chain and collaboration with local farmers
- Introducing innovations and innovative approaches, solutions and know-how in agro-processing
- Promoting technology in non-technology sectors and business processes
- Encouraging business development and entrepreneurial activities with particular focus on women, youth and people with disabilities (PWDs)
- High-quality tailored capacity building (seminars, on job workshops, consultations, mentorship) with special focus on practical application of transferred knowledge in practice
- Context-based networking, awareness raising, information exchange and incentive-based linking with other business within and outside the target regions;
- Exploring export potential of regional products
- Elaboration of knowledge products and communication materials on VCs
- The given support is provided primarily in agriculture sector, with emphasis on quality food processing and producing end-products ready to be sold in the markets or exported (e.g., equipment, storage, marketing, labelling, design and packaging).
If you are interested in submitting a proposal in response to this CFP, please prepare your proposal in accordance with the requirements and procedure as set out in this CFP and submit it by the deadline for submission of proposals set out in the supplier portal of Quantum Procurement Online System. Applicants shall submit separate technical and financial proposals. The Technical Component of the proposal shall follow the format indicated in Annex 4.
