Duty Station: Viet Nam
Duration: From October 2025 to April 2026
Overall objectives:
– To enhance digital awareness and competencies for government leaders at the provincial and commune levels, and in return to improve the efficiency and quality of public services delivered to citizens and businesses.
Specific objectives:
(1) To understand the current digital competency and the needs for improved digital competencies among provincial and commune government leaders and civil servants.
(2) To enhance the awareness and implementation capacity on digital transformation, data governance, and AI integration and governance for provincial and commune government leaders in selected provinces with a high proportion of ethnic minorities in Viet Nam.
(3) To exchange experiences and good practices in promoting digital transformation in different provinces and cities in Viet Nam with provincial and commune government leaders in selected provinces with large ethnic minority populations in Viet Nam.
