Your offer comprising the Technical and Financial proposals may be submitted separately addressing the RFP reference number and               title to respective email addresses technicalproposal@a2jnepal.org; financialproposal@a2jnepal.org; or hardcopies sealed separately           to the below office address by no later than 17:00 hrs.,  Thursday, 22 February 2024.
