2. Your offer comprising the Technical and Financial proposals may be submitted separately, addressing the RFP reference number and title to respective email addresses technicalproposal@a2jnepal.org; financialproposal@a2jnepal.org; or hard copies sealed separately to the below office address by no later than 17:00 hrs., Wednesday, 08 July 2026.
