Institution Description

Christian International Theological College (citc.org.uk), previously Christian International Training Centre, is a theological college set up in 2019 in Edinburgh using Chinese as the medium of instruction. Academic programmes are offered in different levels with a view to seeking the accreditation of Asia Theological Association.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. To assist the Academic Dean in overseeing all academic matters such as student admission, programmes development, arrangement of modules, scholarships and bursaries, and coordination with lecturers and guest lecturers.
2. To ensure all academic records are kept accurately and safely.
3. To assist the Academic Dean in organising academic functions such as graduation ceremonies and academic talks.
4. To develop an effective system for teaching flatform, records and for the library. 

Candidate Profile

1. Holds a Master of Theology or equivalent.
2. Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese dialect).
3. Administrative experience preferred.
4. Computing experience preferred.
5. Available to work 20 hours/week.
6. Comfortable working in a team.
