Position Overview:
We are in search of an Account Coordinator to join our dynamic team of specialists. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and detail-oriented individual with outstanding communication skills and a strong dedication to customer service. This role presents an exciting opportunity to embark on a career with a reputable and expanding company.
Job Description:
  • Respond promptly to incoming calls and emails from clients to generate quotes, process orders, and coordinate dispatches nationwide.
  • Research and identify the specific equipment or specialists required for each request and coordinate operations accordingly.
  • Provide courteous and informative customer support, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of our services and capabilities.
  • Collaborate with team members to address and resolve any significant client issues, such as delays or delivery difficulties.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, monitor job progress, and promptly address any concerns.
  • Participate in limited on-call service rotations with compensation.
  • Availability to work on-call rotations as required.

Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Min. 1 to 3 years of experience in retail, customer service, or call center environments.
  • Proficiency in English; ability to communicate in French is preferred.
  • If you have experience in retail, facilities management, or construction, it would be considered advantageous for this role.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Starting $37,400.00 per year

Schedule:
  • Mon to Fri 8:30 – 5:00pm
  • Potential for alternative shifts: Wed-Sun (normal office hours) or Mon-Fri 12:30-9:00 pm
  • On-call rotations
Supplemental Pay Types:
  • Bonus pay
Ability to Commute: English & French preferred
Work Location: In-person, Montreal, QC H4P 2N5
