Are you a motivated and results-oriented sales professional passionate about the building materials industry?We seek a talented Account Manager to join our client’s dynamic team. This role offers a flexible work arrangement, allowing you to work from home or the client’s offices in the South East (Tilbury).Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Sales Activities: Proactively seek out new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
- Order Processing: Efficiently input and manage customer orders.
- Customer Communication: Provide exceptional customer service through phone calls, emails, and in-person visits.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our product offerings and industry trends.
- Issue Resolution: Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience in the building materials industry (e.g., builders, timber merchants, sheet materials) is preferred but not essential.
- A proven track record in sales and customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
