About the role

Working as part of the sales team, the Account Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day account activities and driving renewals, upselling and cross-selling opportunities across Dods Group Ltd’s client portfolio.

You’ll be a highly motivated sales professional with a proven track record of developing, maintaining, and growing existing customer relationships, expand Dods’ footprint within these accounts and drive higher engagement with the company’s products as well as developing a set of new contacts with decision-makers and influencers and new business leads within existing clients both in terms of quantity and quality, nurturing prospect relationships effectively and progressing opportunities to closing efficiently . You’ll be an expert at building long term customer relationships that support the company’s growth plans and retention targets as well as at discovering your prospects’ needs and positioning the value and benefits of all Dods products. 

You will have the opportunity to manage some high-profile accounts that make a meaningful difference to the success of our business.
