National Dispatch Group is currently recruiting an Account Coordinator to join its team of dedicated specialists. The ideal candidate is a great communicator with a strong client focus and the ability to multitask.

There are two shifts available: 8:30 am – 5 pm or 1-9 pm.

Job Description:

Answer incoming calls or emails from clients to produce quotes, process orders and dispatch professionals across the country (no sales or cold-calling!);
Identify and research the specific equipment or specialist required, and coordinate operations in the requested area;
Provide courteous and informative customer support to all incoming callers, demonstrating knowledge of key services and strengths;
Collaborate with the team to resolve any major client issues (delays, delivery difficulties, complaints);
Follow up with clients, monitor progress on jobs and ensure customer satisfaction;
Provide limited on-call service with compensation;

Required Qualifications:

High-school diploma;
1 to 2 years of experience in a retail, customer service or call-centre environment;
Experience working in an office environment (asset);
Proficiency in English;
Base comprehension of French. This is a good opportunity for people living in Quebec with limited French skills!

Compensation: $37,400 annual plus benefits

Le travail consiste d’assurer que les travaux de service sont effectués dans les délais et les budgets et de communiquer avec nos clients.

Deux quarts de travail sont disponibles : 8 h 30 – 17 h ou 13 h – 21 h.

Ceci est un poste pour quelqu’un qui est dévoué, vient au travail tous les jours, est ponctuel, et comprend comment suivre un système.

Ceci est une bonne position pour quelqu’un avec le service à la clientèle ou l’expérience de vente au détail qui est à la recherche d’un emploi de bureau stable. Nous ne sommes pas un centre d’appel ou une entreprise de télémarketing.

Ceci est un emploi *à temps plein* dans le bureau.

Le bureau se trouve à 5 minutes du métro Namur et se trouve également à 10 minute du métro Côte Ste Catherine.

Le poste est disponible immédiatement.

Rémunération : 37 400 $ par an plus un régime d’assurance-maladie
