£27,000 – £35,000 DOE + Performance bonus + professional study package (if desired) + pension + hybrid working + career progression

Are you an experienced commercial insurance account handler looking to work for a UK Top 100 Insurance company that will invest in your professional qualifications and personal development?

You will have experience as a Commercial Account Executive or Account Manager and be comfortable dealing with a portfolio of current business from renewals and mid-term adjustments to additional quotes and claims.

You will have good judgement, be analytical, pay great attention to detail, be flexible, self-motivated, driven & able to deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• To develop effective relationships with Clients and Insurers to maximise business opportunities, support AD’s in achieving their income targets and other relevant Key Performance Indicators.
• To work within your stated Licence limits and in accordance with standard systems and procedures.
• To place business with the agreed Insurer Panel, referring unusual and/or complex cases to an experienced colleague.
• To undertake general broking activities as required including dealing with;

• Client queries and correspondence.
• New Business, Renewals, and Adjustments. Ensuring effective reviews of sums insured, limits and covers, with clear communication of terms, conditions, warranties and pricing.
• Timely completion of risk requirements following Insurer surveys.
• The effective management of your diary.

• Experience working in a Commercial Insurance environment
