About the Role:

You will have the opportunity to work alongside and learn from some of the best in the sector and get to do so whilst making a real impact by working on campaigns like Black Dog Institute’s ‘One Foot Forward’ event, St Vincent De Paul’s ‘Gift a Night’ appeal, Children’s Cancer Institutes ‘86K for a Cure’ event, Mito Foundation’s ‘Bloody Long Walk’ event, Wayside Chapels ‘Donate a Plate’ appeal!’
In this role, you will manage a diverse portfolio of clients helping to plan, build and optimise digital campaigns in support of fundraising events and appeals.
Your ability to juggle multiple projects and timelines will be important, as will your client relationship skills. This role will also require you to have your finger on the pulse when it comes to researching and analysing sector trends and innovation.
This role will suit a passionate digital superstar, with excellent communication and project management skills, who can also build strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the main point of contact for the organisation’s key clients for digital campaigns
- Lead client and creative briefings, coordinate concept development to final execution, oversee implementation across multiple digital channels and ensure campaign budgets are adhered to and deadlines are met
- Assist to create donor communication journeys and execute via email marketing software
- Work with others on integrated campaigns and take the lead on digital aspects
- Provide the highest levels of client service and nurture existing client relationships
- Manage social media and search engine marketing
- Be responsible for continuous learning and development whilst contributing to a vibrant workforce.
Skills and Experience
- Experience running digital fundraising and/or digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, email marketing and more
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to maintain and extend client relationships.
- Excellent project management, time management, numeracy skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional ability to build one-on-one relationships with a background in professional fundraising (events and digital campaigns ideal)
- The ability to lead, motivate and influence others
- Creative and lateral thinking
- Tertiary qualified in marketing or fundraising is preferred
