Our road is exciting, and we keep driving forward with confidence.To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a focus on Key Account Management for major clients, as well as the management of complex tender processes and large-scale projects, especially in the context of initiatives such as the Deutschlandnetz.Your ResponsibilitiesKey Account Management: Develop, manage, and strategically grow relationships with major clients in the EV charging sectorTender Management: Lead and coordinate national and European tender procedures related to charging infrastructureProject Management: Take full responsibility for planning, implementing, and overseeing EV infrastructure projects, from acquisition through execution to handoverStakeholder Management: Coordinate internal and external partners (e.g. grid operators, construction firms, public authorities)Budget and Resource Planning: Ensure time, cost, and quality targets are metMarket Monitoring: Identify new business opportunities and keep track of technological and regulatory developments.Job requirementsThis is youYou have a university degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Energy Management, or a comparable fieldAt least 3 years of professional experience in project management, ideally in the energy or mobility sectorSolid experience working with public tenders in Germany (e.g. VOB/A, VOL/A, SektVO)Strong skills in key account management, ideally in the B2B and/or public sectorExcellent communication and negotiation skillsFluent in both German and English, spoken and writtenWhat We OfferA key position in a dynamic and future-oriented growth marketCreative freedom in an innovation-driven environmentAttractive compensation with performance-based componentsFlexible working hours and the option of working from homeA motivated team with flat hierarchies and open communicationInterested?
