Our client is the world leader in ejection seat manufacturing, and we’re looking for an Account Manager to join our Indirect Sourcing team. You’ll manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and procure indirect materials and services for Environmental Test, Inspection, and Programmes functions.What You’ll Do:

• Source & procure materials and services, ensuring compliance with budgets and technical standards.
• Manage suppliers, monitor KPIs, mitigate risks, and drive process improvements.
• Conduct tenders & RFQs, supporting strategic sourcing and supplier evaluation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimise procurement strategies and supply chain efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in supplier negotiations within regulated manufacturing.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with SAP/ERP systems and interpreting technical specifications.

Expected salary

£45000 – 55000 per year
