Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Register salary and payment
Prepare the cheque payment (including salary)
Prepare the payment voucher
Verify the documents prepared by logistic and process the payments;
Process the payments for the office and GH rent and running costs;
Support the management and admin team drafting the supporting letters for the staff,
local authorities, etc.
Support the country administrator to any other need
Qualifications & Preferred Skills
- bachelor degree in administration, accounting or similar fields.
- at least 2 years experience in administration/finance department, better if with NGOs;
- knowledge of the main regulation and policies related to administration and finance in the NGO/humanitarian sector;
- knowledge of Iraqi and KRG labor law is an asset;
- very good knowledge of excel, previous experience with an accounting software is an asset;
- English , Arabic, and Kurdish langauges are required
