Your Department & Manager: Finance & Administration & Teamlead accounting
Your responsibilities
- Processing travel expense reports and credit card statements in Germany and abroad
- Account assignment and posting of current business transactions
- Clarification of accounts
- Entering and maintaining accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Clarification of issues for domestic and foreign business transactions
- Providing data for the creation of statistics, overviews and analyses
Your knowledge, experience & skills
- Completed commercial vocational training – e.g. balance sheet accounting with several years of professional experience in accounting
- General knowledge of GoBD as well as in the areas of HGB, UStG, general contract law
- Comprehensive tax knowledge as well as knowledge of donation and non-profit law and federal travel expense guidelines are an advantage
- Experience in the foundation sector or with non-governmental organizations is an advantage
- Extensive experience with DATEV or other ERP systems and very good knowledge of MS Office programs
- Very good knowledge of German and English
