ABOUT THE ROLE
The Finance Business Partner UPC (Unison Property Corporation) will provide finance business partnering and support services, including month end processes, project and asset accounting, cost centre reporting, budgeting/forecasting, responding to queries from the organisation, compliance and governance activities and general accounting advice and analysis.
UPC includes Owners Corporations and Unison Social Enterprises.
ABOUT YOU
To make this role a success, we are seeking a person with:
- Owners Corporation experience will be highly regarded, however other finance and accounting experience will also be considered on a case by case basis.
- Tertiary studies in Accounting or a Business-related discipline.
- Significant experience in financial and management accounting systems including advanced ERP systems.
- Strong attention to details and financial analysis skills.
- A self-starter, quick learner and ability to work independently.
- Member of a recognised professional accounting association preferred.
ON OFFER
- Fixed term (12 months) full-time position
- Salary $93,861.02 per annum (plus super and salary packaging)
- 5 weeks annual leave with 17.5% annual leave loading
- Salary packaging of up to $15,900 tax free
- Rostered day off option for eligible staff
