Reporting to: Operations & Systems Manager


 

Location: Brussels

Selection deadline: 28 June 2024 (although interviews will start before that date)


 

Experience: 2+ years accounting experience, although this position would also be suitable for a person with basic accounting experience/knowledge with the ability to learn quickly

 

Role: In this full-time role, based in Brussels, as Accounting & Operations Officer you will work directly with the Operations & Systems Manager, Finance Officer and our external accountants to assist in daily filing, bookkeeping and accounting-related tasks, especially concerning record keeping, including in our accounting system (Winbooks). There will also be varied office organisation tasks that you will work with the Finance Officer and the Operations & Systems Manager on to ensure the efficient and effective functioning of daily operations.

 

Skills: the ability to be proactive, adaptable, and dedicated to the needs of the organisation and the goals of the team will lay the groundwork for success.
