The expert is required to undertake and guide PCU in matters related to Procurement vis-à-vis ADB Procurement Regulations/Guidelines/PAIs etc. under ADB’s assisted project Developing Resilient Environment and Advancing Municipal Services (DREAMS). The main objective of the consultant is to support the project team in overall procurement matters for the effective and efficient execution of project/procurement activities.
